Well, I work with New South Wales SES as a unified communication support officer. So, pretty much inside ICT or our Stay Safe Keep Operational project. Part of the project is our Mobile Incident Command Center and Cell on Wheels.

What challenge or problem were you facing before engaging Rising Connection?

Well, the Mobile Incident Command Center is a unique mobile building that has the potential to be placed in a wide range of areas that may or may not have LTE or 4G coverage that we see, or it may be very low, we may need satellite. So, we required a solution that was very flexible, that was able to adapt to the evolving situation is where things were happening for us.

What are things like now, what is different, what has changed (for the better)?

Yeah, so it’s the flexibility that’s changed for the better. So, the ability to adapt on the flow to internet carriers dropping or services changing or an issue we’ve had along the lines a lot in the past is we may arrive at an incident and the mobile coverage is fairly decent, but then a thousand other people arrive. And that creates us some issues that we are now able to circumvent other solutions.

What did you find the most enjoyable/interesting part about working with Rising Connection?

To be honest is very, very interesting. The ease to work with Rising Connection is really good. They’re always contactable, and the knowledge, the transfer of knowledge was quite easy and it was very available.

Would you recommend Rising Connection to other companies?

Yeah, absolutely. I couldn’t recommend Rising Connection higher. Actually, there’ve been nothing but easy to work with. And we’ve asked for, has been delivered every time, which has been great.
