With Off-Grid Energy Australia looking to continue developing customer services and improving their business model, it became evident that there was a gap in their ability to remotely monitor and diagnose system that were installed into poor communication areas.
Rising Connection worked with the team both remotely and onsite to evaluate the challenges of the equipment and look at solutions available.
THE SOLUTION USED
Rising Connection applied best practice industry experience and knowledge to custom build a fully controllable and manageable communication system. This was built around the technologies based on Machine to Machine (M2M; it could be customised to match the variety of sites that are used and is powerful enough to future technology advancements.
THE RESULTS
Along with Off-Grid Energy Australia’s technology partner SMA Solar Technology AG, Rising Connection was able to deliver on the quality, security and support required. This enabled the active remote area monitoring of components from solar availability, battery charging status, electricity usage and more.
